Originally from Brazil, I settled in Australia after graduating with a degree in Dietetics and Nutrition and further studies in herbal and traditional Chinese medicine. Over the years, my path has been one of deep self-discovery, integrating holistic therapies and nutrition into a comprehensive approach to health.
Throughout my career, I've realised that food is not just nourishment—it's medicine. I aim to bring this philosophy into the meals I craft, using organic and plant-based ingredients that promote wellness without sacrificing taste.
