Shipping Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us, and we aim to deliver your orders in a timely and efficient manner. Please review our shipping policy below:

Domestic Shipping:

• Your goods will be shipped within 1  to 3 working days of cleared payment. Delivery within Australia can take 3-7 working days depending on the area.

• We offer an Express Post option for an additional fee, which delivers within 1-3 days.

Shipping Address:

To return your product, please mail it to: 6 kiers road, Miami Beach, post code 4220 - Queensland - Australia. Please before return any goodies, make sure you talk to us as may it won't be necessarily to return it. 

Return Shipping Costs:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Trackable Shipping and Insurance:

If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Important Shipping Notes:

• Green Salt Movement cannot be held responsible for any delays or loss of orders in transit.

• Larger orders may be subject to additional postage charges for deliveries outside Australia. Please contact us before placing your order to discuss available options.

• Green Salt Movement is not responsible for any government customs fees or taxes charged for shipping overseas. Please note that most countries in Europe will hold the parcel until applicable fees are paid.

Shipping Origin:

All our products are shipped from Gold Coast – Queensland, Australia. Our goodies only ships to Australia. We don't do international shipping.
