Storage Procedures: Upon receiving your meals, it is important to follow proper storage procedures. Please place the meals in the refrigerator immediately upon arrival. Our meals are best consumed within 5 days, with salads recommended to be consumed within the first three days.

No Freezing: We do not accept returns for items that have been frozen. Please ensure that you do not freeze any of our products.

Cleanliness of Containers: For glass containers that have been used, please ensure they are cleaned before returning them. Additionally, kindly ensure that you bring your own bag for the return.

Packaging and Unused Condition: To be eligible for a return or refund, the item must be in its original packaging and remain unopened. The item must also be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.

Delivery Protocol:
For delivery items, please ensure that someone is available to receive the delivery hand to hand. We do not leave meals unattended in a safety place or at the door. It is imperative that you or a representative is present at the delivery location between 5 pm to 9 pm on Sundays if you choose the delivery option.
Missed Deliveries:
If you aren't at home by the time the delivery driver arrives, you have the option to collect it on a Monday evening from 5 pm until 7 pm at the kitchen in Miami Beach. However, please note that a fee will be charged for the return delivery to the kitchen, which must be paid to the delivery driver.
