Ready Meals Ordering & Pickup
New menus are released every Sunday night or Monday mornings.
All orders should be placed by Thursdays at 11:59pm.

Delivery will only be made if you are at home; we do not leave deliveries at the door and prefer to hand them directly to you. Delivery hours are from 5 pm until 8:30 pm on Sundays.
Delivery is available for the following postcodes on the Gold coast:

Delivery for Ready Made Meal are not available for other postcodes, but you can still pickup your order in Miami, QLD.
Pickup is available from 5:30 pm to 6 pm on Sundays and from 6:30 pm to 7 pm on Mondays at 6 Kiers Road, Miami Beach.

Shipping & Returns for other products
Except for ready made meals, we ship all other products all over Australia using Sendle, a reliable and eco-friendly shipping service. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.
Delivery times vary depending on your location. Typically, orders are delivered within 3-14 business days from the date of dispatch. You will receive a tracking number to monitor your order's progress.
Yes, once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email provided by Sendle, allowing you to track the delivery status of your order.
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or you have concerns about the product quality, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt to discuss a replacement or refund.
