If you’re ready to begin your personalised consultation journey, please prepare the following information and materials. Completing these steps ensures your consultation is tailored specifically to your needs.
Step 1 — Body Composition
Provide your body composition data through a Body Composition Analysis at a local gym or by measuring yourself. You can attach your results as a PDF.
Step 2 — Photos
Share a set of photos capturing different angles of your body. These images help us assess your current physical condition. Attach the photos as a PDF.
Step 3 — Food Diary
Maintain a food diary for 3–5 days, documenting all meals and snacks. Including photos of your meals is highly recommended to give a clear picture of your dietary habits. Attach your entries as a PDF.
Step 4 — Nutritional Assessment
Complete the nutritional assessment using this link: [insert link]. This helps us understand your current nutritional status.
Step 5 — Video Tour
Record a short video tour of your fridge, freezer, and pantry. Move slowly, show all products, and highlight ingredients. Send the video via WhatsApp.
Step 6 — Blood Test Results
If you have recent blood test results, please share them via email. These results help us create a comprehensive picture of your health.
Step 7 — Booking Your Appointment
Schedule your consultation at least 20 days in advance to secure your preferred date and time.
