A blanket to cover yourself during the Yoni Steam (mandatory)
A loose dress or long skirt – avoid tight clothing
A cup (we are environmentally conscious!)

Pregnant women may not participate in the Yoni Steam ritual
Not recommended for those who have had recent surgery, a head injury, or who are on psychiatric medication, and also if you are at begin of your period.
